Simon Cowell leaves American Idol: Simon Cowell plans to leave the TV talent competition American Idol at the end of the 2010 season. Simon Phillip Cowell (born 7 October 1959) is an English music executive, television producer, celebrity, and entrepreneur. Simon is best know for being a saucy judge on American Idol that loves to hate Americans (or at least Non-Europeans) lol.

Will American Idol be the same without the infamous mean judge? Tough but fair judge. Now that both Paula and Simon will no longer be judges on American Idol will it be worth watching? Simon has reportedly stated that he cannot handle two American T.V shows.

I like Simon he was blunt even brutally honest, but that was part of his charm. As a viewer it was refreshing to hear someone who was honest, tough, but fair. I may have changed my mind if I had been one of his victim lol, but I will miss Paula and Simon, good luck.

I know part of the reason I watched the show was because of the bantering and flirting between both Simon Cowell and Paula Adbul. Rumors, speculation, and questions about whether Paula or Simon will partner up on, Simon's new Idol like show, the X Factor. Is everyone leaving the show?
