Applying Glaze on my Pumpkin Bread.

Homemade Whip Cream I made to add as a topping to my homemade breads.

I have been think of taking some course on cake decorating. All the cakes I made where from just reading a book and trying it myself. These are all first times cakes made from scratch. My daughter did give me a few pointers about cake decorating. She started cake decorating about 12 years ago and said she loves baking the most. I hear The Wilton Cake decorating courses are available at certain Micheal locations.
This cake decorating courses are always offered on Sunday afternoons I hear. My daughter is thinking of taken Culinary classes. She looks pastry and has worked with amateur chefs from local bakeries. She says she wants to advance and wonders why she never stuck with baking as a profession. That baking has always been one of her loves and favorite pass time no matter how she has change or things in her life. Other people have told me that Michaels Craft store offers the Wilton Cake decorating classes too. I can't say what they're like because I haven't taken them.
